    Hi, echt gute Arbeit.
simple und sehr gut auf den Punkt gebracht!
    viele Grüße, Tobi

  2. Your command of cinema grammar comes through with the use of the camera and depth of field, which is important. On the other hand, I really hated the hideously sterile and dated shading. The only convincing material seen here is the dark wood applied to the black squares (with nice reflection roughness map and all). Everything else looks like it was rendered in 1999.
Also, some of the animation on the pieces could've benefited from a little physicality to help achieve the dramatic effect it was going for.

  3. it would be cool to make a Python add-on that creates an animation from the text of a chess game

  4. sieht sehr gut aus! mit welcher Software hast du das gemacht und wie lange hat das gedauert?

  5. I saw a ad with chess in it before this video!

  6. I made a chees Animation "like this" too. Now i'm looking around how many bullshit is posted. This is one is great! I like it, good ideas and an inspiring camera setting.

  7. That pawn was like, ‘GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE, LAD!’

  8. If it had been checkers, then I could have followed. LOL Nice render…

  17. Two glass of redwine and an epic end what a wonderful video amazing job!!! I try to animate chess also in my channel but it's not good as your video but maybe one day I could approach your level… Bye

  18. It is silly because kings don't get taken of the board …That is not possible . The king never dies, he just gets caught .. So the pawn throwing a fishing net over the king or something would have been a better idea

  19. I have played many chess games but I have never seen the king getting killed.

  20.
